Welcome to our fully equipped cottage, the perfect getaway for those seeking comfort, style and convenience all in one place. As you step into the entrance hall, you’ll notice a long wall mirror… from there, you’ll find a large open-plan living room, featuring a cosy leather 3-seat sofa, an armchair, footstools and a TV unit with digital TV/DVD player. Whether you’re in the mood for a movie night or a game of cards, you’ll find a good selection of books, games and DVDs to keep you entertained.

The modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen area is perfect for those who like to cook, with a stainless steel single bowl sink/drainer, a ceramic hob, built-under fan oven, an integrated eye-level microwave and an integrated fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. The dining area, with a table and 4 chairs (2 further chairs can be brought into use if required), is the ideal spot to enjoy your home-cooked meals.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll find a large master bedroom with an attractive standard double size, iron bedstead, waxed pine bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, radio alarm/CD player, a large built-in wardrobe, a dressing table and stool, a chest of drawers with a mirror above and two accent chairs. The small twin bedroom, with two standard single size, iron bedsteads, bookshelves and a chest of drawers with a vanity mirror, is perfect for children or extra guests. There is also additional built-in wardrobe space in the hall.

The separate, fully tiled, shower room provides a full-size shower cubicle and electric shower, a wash hand basin with an illuminated mirror above, a WC and a heated towel rail.

The cottage features either laminate or tile floors and underfloor heating has been installed throughout the cottage which is controlled by room thermostats. Co-ordinating Venetian blinds ensure privacy and shade when necessary, while lighting is provided by recessed downlighters throughout and lamps.
